So input buffer used to be adjustable in settings, but now it's locked to 30. So you can tap a button twice, and if the attack was less than 30 frames, it'll come out a second time.

I basically stopped playing altogether when I realized this was happening. I hear they're gonna patch the setting back in, so I'll wait for that to happen.

FYI, this setting is now adjustable as of this morning.

still going through FFXIV. Just finished Heavensward. It really came together during those patch quests.

I love all those characters now.

Now onto Stormblood.

Also playing bits and pieces of Metal Gear Solid (PS1) for the first time. It's amazing how good that game still looks.

I finally reached level 50 in Pokemon Go after playing since day 1. I hope I get at least a year to relax before they bring out level 60... I believe when I had gotten to 40 they updated to 50 within a few months tops .


Also just got my Battle Mage to 260 in MapleStory... The anniversary event had drawn me back in, :I.

I've been playing Sea of Stars, spectacular RPG to play coming off of just finishing Star Ocean 2 R and Chrono Trigger (PS1)

tried playing through visions of mana. had to give up halfway through. combat is decent but the game is paced badly, the area and dungeon design is jumbled and unfocused and the writing is the most abhorrent i have ever seen in an rpg before, just a fundamental failure on every possible level, the worst script i've ever seen in a square enix game. do not ever want to see people give kingdom hearts shit again after playing this

Just beat Metroid NES with a saving and map patch. Game certainly has its NES-isms with enemy reskins, room reuse, and placing foes right in front of a doorway, but it was still a fun time. Feels pretty cool that I found my way through without any way to mark where I'd been (map was static) while finding most of the upgrades (only missed out on the big wall-jump shaft, it seems).

Totes not going for the one-hour run, though. New game plus mode or not, I ain't that good.

Had my 7th Overwatch account banned permanently because I dared to play Widowmaker in Classic mode and wiped an entire lobby multiple times. After 3 games - perma banned "We will not discuss the ban further" when asked why. Every single time . Made a new account and I hope I can make as many players quit before Marvel Rivals comes out tomorrow to really shit on Blizzard. My one wish before I die is to see Blizzard fully bankrupt and shutter their doors permanently.

Also I might add it's super ****ing weird Blizzard has stalked me outside of Overwatch onto Twitter/facebook without anything being tied to me, aside from my name. Guessing at some point I wrecked a customer support 'worker' in a game and they're abusing their power. Wouldn't be the first time Blizzard did something like that *cough GM's that straight up lie to you in support when you finally get a human and not bots cough.* My original account was banned because they, in their words, deemed my skill "outside of my expected rank" after they lowered me from mid-masters to silver in a single off-season and then wondered why I decimated every single match but refused to fix the rank. They don't directly admit it, but it's exactly when Overwatch 2 was releasing and I had unlocked every single item in the first game and they likely banned it just to try to coerce me into buying the stuff again that I got for free. Joke's on them, I just play to make as many people rage quit as possible now spending nothing. Not allowing your players to actually be good at your game is dog shite. Glad the game is dying. /endrant


TL/DR: In other words, try out Marvel: Rivals. Seems like what Overwatch could have been if it had a single decent person still working on it.
