I've been having a great time with the game so far. Autobattling is great, and the ability to explore and do what I want is very freeing. I wish the intro was a little shorter but overall that's easy to overlook.

yea I am having a good time with it! I love that there are pokemon literally everywhere and that trainer battles are optional

Whoever was working on Pokémon 20 years ago that decided shadows and darkness would be considered separate things in this elemental system, deserves a big pay raise. Absolutely the best thing they could have possibly done. The initial confusion this causes a lot of people is absolutely worth it, because the nuances between Dark Types and Ghost Types are extremely interesting, well thought out and actually very distinct from each other. It was a super smart move.
