its suppose to be grunty, they just wanted to make it a bit different to the one in spiral mountain
but it does look like miggy... maybe they got the idea for miggys look from that head?

Judging from the comparison screenshot, I think the sculpture looks nothing like Gruntilda. It looks nothing like Mingella.
I think it's supposed to be a witch in general. Not neccessarily a specific one, but probably just a sculpture of the typical appearance of a witch.
