For some reason Bowser is called Koopa in Japan and Brazil...

Which is strange, because our translated instruction booklet calls him Koopa, but in the game (there is no portuguese translation of Mario64) he's called Bowser...
Tails was called Miles here too, but Robotnick kept his english name... heh weird.

What are the Koopas called in Japan and Brazil then? In Street Fighter, the characters Balrog, Vega, and Bison are different in Japan. Balrog is Bison, Bison is Vega, and Vega is, I forgot.

Yep, the boxer was called M. Bison as a parody of Mike Tyson (M. Tyson, sounds almost the same). But Capcom of America was afraid of getting sued thanks to that stupid joke, so instead of changing the boxer's name, they switched everything around...

And thus, the boxer, previously known as M Bison turned into Balrog.
The affeminate spanish guy knew as Balrog turned into Vega.
And the last boss guy changed from Vega to M. Bison.

That's the real story of a really lousy localization, kids.

The turtles are called the Koopa-Troopas or just Turtles.
Also, Peach is known as just Toadstool in both Japan and Brazil.

Rare released BT is USA in November 2000.Developlers after game release in US always canned "not uses" stuffs in PAL version.Look...Bottles'Revenge exist in PAL version of BT! PAL version released in April 2001.Rare have enough time to canned BR stuffs...they don't canned BR and mentioned its on Scribes as"secret subgame" in November 2001.Its looks like Bottles'Revenge is unlockable via SNS...

But you wanna know what I think, if it's not a bug, not a glitch, most players will never know about it anyway and removing it won't have any advantages at all, then.... Why fix it?

Why go thru the trouble of deleting all lines of code related to BR? (remember that EVERY enemy in the game is controllable, I'm not a programmer but that must be a crapload of code to remove)
Why care? Just leave it there and save time for the programmers to work on other games.

But that's just my opinion.

I wonder why after use GS code to activate BR this menu not appear...maybe after SNS this menu will wait for us?

I agree with you, that menu is a leftover.
But I don't think it can be activated anymore. If even Ice and Sub couldn't make it work, I doubt anything else will...

They activate this menu via GS.When Ice Mario chose"2-Player Bottles'Revenge" then text appear that there is no enough memory...
Subdrag said that menu use 0002 digits so this mean that is supposed to use in game.
I'm sure we can activate this menu legally...when we legally unlock Bottles'Revenge subgame.SNS is very possible way...

Why after Bottles'Revenge discovery Rare said that guys at RWP come pretty close to solve SNS?
Why they put Devil Bottles pictures and SNS homework BOTH in GBTG?
Why they said that BR IS SECRET subgame?
Why they leaved in BT Bottles'Revenge?
Why FGN said that SNS still exist in BT?
Why they put on whiteboard in GBTG X where red egg is?
