I hope it's not yet another voting round, that would be so pointless they may as well have just picked between the three of you then and there if that was the case.

I propose they get together and create some monstrosity of a challenge, perhaps an exam if you will as opposed to just a test. One final task to prove they're ready. Then again what do I know xD.
