Tooty - she's gonna be coming back
I dont know for sure of course. But come on its been 8 years on since the last game. That would probably make her 18 now. She's been missing for a while so how will she return. A hard assed bear with a grudge against Banjo for failing to care whether she was alive or dead? A valuable ally? A rival for Humba Wumba who knows....
Maybe she's the new side kick of Grunty. Banjo your sister wants a word with you. Rawr!

She would probablly come back as an attractive sister with a grudge against Banjo. Cause like you said, she would be 18 and in BK the reason she was kidnapped by grunty was that she was the most attractive in the land or something like that. That was only when she was a kid. Also the last that we saw of her was on a milk carton in CCL. SO yeah, if she comes back she'll definately be angry at Banjo and Kazooie.

I believe that Rare dislikes Tooty, she was just a prop for the first game to make the plot interesting. I like Tooty, Rare doesn't.
Besides, I find it hilarious that Banjo doesn't even care about her. But yeah, I remember loads of things about Tooty coming back in BK3 as a villain, on some "Jinjo Island", yadda yadda yadda.

If she came back I would like her to be Grunty's underling.
That would be interesting. Since girls these days are usually angry at someone/something. It would make sense that she sides with Grunty.

Rareware officially announced in the Scribes that there will be an entirely new character as Gruntilda's sidekick. Tooty isn't an entirely new character.
