Yeah. It wouldn't allow you to uninstall it either, even if you turn the console off. You need to power cycle it and actually unplug it from its power brick to fully reset it.

I haven't gone the route of replaying each game in full in order, but this has been great for 10-15 minute stretches. I'll just pick some snapshots or play Ghoulies or Blast Corps for a bit, and hop out.
