As for your question regarding Banjo-Threeie, I believe it won't be made. Rare has stated in interviews that Nuts and Bolts might be the last BK game. Somebody posted an interview once about that. Regarding DKCR, I have not played it myself, but I've only heard good things. I don't associate it with the DKC trilogy because once I do play it and if I am dissapointed, the original trilogy won't be tainted. Please don't bash games that you haven't played just because the original company didn't produce it. I was angry when they announced that Team Ninja was going to be working on Metroid Other M, but I played it and found it thoroughly enjoyable. As for Goldeneye, I have played the original and the remake, and they are both equally good.

Okay, look.

I think we can all appreciate GoldenJiggies's optimism; nothing wrong with a head held high. But the fact of the matter is, Microsoft doesn't understand Rare and has no interest in letting them do their thing. Does that mean we'll never see another Banjo game? Of course not, but it does mean you shouldn't hold your breath. As of this writing, the game is not being made. Production won't start tomorrow, nor will it start next year. We at the Rare Witch Project once had Rare's attention, to a degree. Those days are gone. All we can do is wait and hope for the best. I do advise you, however, to be prepared to wait a long long time.

1.) Let's just say that there will never be a Banjo Kazooie or any of Rare's IPs again, until they of course feel like making them again. On the other hand we could expect another Conker game, but not from Rare, to be released much sooner than a Banjo Threeie, I'm not sure, but I suspect Chris Seavor works for Eurocom now.

2.) What programming language do you use?
Did you know I can program in C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, x86 Assembly, Win32 Assembly, Java, Lua and Python.

3.) It all depends on the complexity of the game, or if the concept keeps on changing.
At least a day for a simple game like Pong.
A month for a mess like NinjaBreadMan. *Shivers
1-4 years for a game like FFXIII.

There's not that much gore in Conker... but, ugh, you're really getting on my nerves, kid. I don't like the kind of beefhead who only plays games with swearing, sex, and gore any more than you do, but you really can't expect to grow if you play one and only one type of game. Conker's Bad Fur Day is fantastic; vintage Rare. Just because you play Conker doesn't mean you have to behave like him, you know.

Some games, no matter how inappropriate they are, just need to be experienced, at least once. Take Fallout 2, for example. (Though, only if you like Turn-based games.)
