Question Beta items and concept art from Rare

I came across these pictures someone took during a tour of Rare HQ. Please correct me if they've been discussed before.

Concept art of Nuts & Bolts locations

Beta vehicle parts?

More beta vehicle parts?

what do you think? Anything familiar or unfamiliar?

Second Picture: Completely new

Third Picture: Quite old

I think the old screenshots of the game have the spike wheels.
