You know what? I own Dark Souls on Steam. I've never played it before either. I think I'll give it a shot.

Darthconker sent me his older GPU and I can finally handle Fallout 4 and I'm just so happy

I've been playing the recently released Steam port of Final Fantasy IX. I'm not even that far into it and I think I can easily say it's already my favorite FF game that I've played. It's at least very close to my favorite, anyway.

It feels good to be (more or less) done with Anor Londo, and making a lot of progress again. I beat 3 bosses tonight (Pinwheel, aka literally the easiest boss in the entire game, like there are literally regular enemies harder than him; Gravelord Lito; and Stray Demon; now I am in Painted World, and after that, it is on to New Londo Ruins).

What A Good Game.

Been playing this relatively unknown game for the DS called Ghost Trick. It's by Shu Takumi, same guy behind the Ace Attorney games. It's kind of puzzle-y, solving deaths and mysteries and such. The basic gist is that you are a ghost who has died and lost your memory, and you need to figure out how you died. This all takes place over one night.

I've been seriously impressed with the story, I daresay it's one of the best I've ever seen. It keeps you guessing as you're told more and more of the events. It's a surprising amount of depth for such a small game. The gameplay is really unique, fun, and it feels rewarding when you figure it out for yourself. One of the strong points is the characters. They're very well-rounded and fun to talk to.

I don't know, I kinda just want to talk about this game with someone. Definitely one of my all-time favorites.
