I just realised that the left eye is blocked by the boulder.
Grunty is infamous for losin her left eye, its missing on the Huge Lair Head in Spiral Mountain, missing from the Grunty Doll and pops out from her skull in Banjo Tooie insome cutscenes. Silly Rare... Perhaps the boulder on her left eye is for eagle eyed players? The better question, where do all of the eyes go... 0.0 |

Brentilda would be dimmed anyways, it wouldn't brighten up until you went to talk to her.
