There's so many sea creatures in the world that you really can't even begin to know what it is. And I doubt it's a boss mob. But for some reason I feel like it's going to be a biome-specific mob. If only because they might not want the oceans filled with the terrors. The ocean depths already have light levels of zero.
I can't help but get the mental image of the sky growing dark and suddenly you can't go in the water anymore or you'll get eaten alive and attacked by something you can't see. Which is actually pretty terrifying.

So with the update we will be getting the new Lapis-based enchanting system, stackable doors, endermite, water mob of some kind, and my new friends the bunnies. Can't wait.

I made a bunch of Ender Chests so if you want one I put them near the beacons. I just figured it is the type of thing that is most useful if it's in more places.
