Chris Pratt is kind of a weird pick to me, but the rest of the cast seems pretty good! Jack Black and Charlie Day especially seem fitted for their roles. I'm excited for this movie for some reason.

I don't know how to feel about any of this yet, but I'm thrilled that Cranky Kong is a part of this. I bet DK Vine is going to have a field day trying to fit this into the DK Universe or whatever they do.

Diddy, Dixie, and even Swanky (with his DKC3 design, no less) have been spotted on the DK character poster, and Funky and Kiddy are in the crowd shot on Rainbow Road! This is amazing! It's practically a Donkey Kong movie, featuring Mario!
Legitimately excited for this. I've never been an Illumination hater but even I expected something way more low-effort.
