Conker's Bad Fur Day
Super Mario bros. Deluxe Starfox 2 (unreleased). Then again I have played so many games narrowing it down into top 'x' lists has become quite difficult other than perhaps those three games I have just mentioned.

Cave Story (for being awesome freeware)
