Discuss games you've been playing

Time to time, I like to play Minecraft and other games that have creativity. I frequently would play Halo competitively with my Online friends. And the miscellaneous is pretty obvious; RARE games.

the games i've been playing most recently are devil may cry 4, dead rising 2: off the record, dragon's dogma and dark souls

dead rising 2: otr is fun, but i feel like it's kinda missing the weirder atmosphere the first game had. it's a lot more over the top wacky, it kinda loses the b-movie feel. i've been playing dmc4 in short bursts and it's pretty much more dmc3 with more character variety, so it's cool. dragon's dogma is fun.

i'm really bad at dark souls and can't beat the bell gargoyles, but it's really cool and i'm going to keep playing

i like the first three halos but i haven't played them in years, and my 360 isn't set up

i don't own an xbox one and i don't really have any interest in halo 4 or 5

Don't play Halo 4 or 5. 5 is a money grab, and there is no co-op play :/. It was a pretty aggravating thing > And 4, Nothing is very classic, or original in it.

**** Penance and **** all the grinding necessary to fill out the sphere grid with luck spheres. I can't wait until I finally finish

i also beat cloudbuilt recently. the game has four endings for its four different level branches

one of the endings is the main character becoming happy, because their childhood self comforted them in their sleep and prepared them to begin life anew. another ending is the main character becoming super depressed because life sucks and then you die. another ending is her coming to the conclusion that she's going to be a cyborg soldier, and they just for some reason haven't told anyone yet. the last one is her deciding to be a realist.

Trying to finish up Life is Strange in the next couple days, along with playing Diablo III for the first time. Likely will pick either Wolfenstein: TNO or Tomb Raider to play next.

i hear tomb raider is cool but wolfenstein tno is literally like one of the best fps games ever made, gameplay and story-wise

I love Fusion. I didn't like how ZM stuck you in the Pirate Mothership. If there was a way to go back to explore the rest of Zebes with your new upgrades, it wasn't very clear. Also Mecha Ridley sucked.

i honestly really don't like fusion, going into at after super metroid, it just felt like the only thing keeping it from being the proto-other m was actually having solid gameplay and not being on hardware that allowed sakamoto to stuff in anything quite as bad as the cutscenes from other m

even with having solid gameplay, i hated the removal of most of the exploration side of the game after super metroid was filled with so much cool hidden shit

Other M felt like something they came up with during the N64 days and scrapped it because they couldn't make it work. And they were right.
