I started this today. Pretty good considering I never was specially in love with dk games. The controls annoy me a lot though, I've died more than I'd like out of rolling when I wanted to slap.

I played the Cliff mine-cart level Prehistoric Pathway this morning. I love it so much. Yes I died several times, but then once you complete it and do it over in one go, it's just so amazing because you get to watch everything just fall apart around you.

I'm at the Factory now. The use of girders in the backgrounds pleases me so much.

I'm at 190% right now. I'm afraid of playing Perilous Passage on mirror mode because that one was diabolical even in normal mode with banana juice. It took me way, way too long to beat Jagged Jewel and Boulder Roller. I got killed 60+ times on the latter. It was really embarrassing, but at least it felt really, really satisfying when I finally beat it!

I haven't purchased Banana Juice, and I'm trying to go as long as possible without doing so. Same with Squawks and the extra heart.
Did end up buying a whole bunch of balloons, though, because I had 999 coins and it doesn't allow you to have any more.

I'm at Tiki Tong. I'm liking the final fight.
