Worlds that could have gone in Banjo-Threeie

I think at some point they'd've found it difficult to make levels without similar themes to older ones, if the Banjo series had more successive titles. Beach, snow, prehistoric...We've got like all the basics covered already between the first game and Tooie. But there are still plenty of level ideas. I've thought of a few, and half-wondered what they'd be like. What ideas do you guys have? Mumbo's Wand may let us create our own levels someday anyway, so good practice. :p

NAB worlds hardly count, but y'know I think they all could've worked well for Threeie, except the Jiggoseum, had they changed for gameplay somewhat.

An open pirate world with a vast ocean.
A Western town where you can enter each building.
Medieval castles with cannons and knights.
Space... because we don't have enough of those.
A dark cavern filled with bats and damp ponds.
An urban city with skyscrapers and multiple buildings.
A world composed entirely of food. Junk food good.
A deep jungle level with lakes and exotic animals.
A Rare retrospective level with memorabilia of all Rare game's past and... up to BK:N&B.

Pretty much all ideas I had as well. The food one though... is cool, I never thought about it. About the urban city... reminds me of Blast Corps. But I don't think it could work in Banjo-Kazooie.

I think the whole pirate/cowboy thing could be seen as repetitive given some of the worlds we've already had, and the cavern one would have to be differentiated enough to not make it similar to Glitter Gulch Mine. (Or possibly Gloomy Galleon) I would think the other ideas would be fine/great, though.

Have to completely agree with that. That would be a great level to navigate.

You could get away with having a Canyon level or a Volcano level, provided the former is mostly set higher up and the latter isn't strictly filled to the brim with lava. Alternatively, you could take the old Mumbo's Mountain level and really expand upon it, as a nostalgic nod.

On and in a large aeroplane. During flight. Outdoors having wind that could push you to your death.
A wierd ET world like Terrarium of Terror. Worst level in the world of gaming in nuts and bolts but would be good in a platformer.
Rare's headquarters, inside and out. A fourth wall breaking level.
Inside a Prison Inmates are enemies.
Top of a tall Jungle Falling is fatal.
Underground Sewers
An Outdoor Construction Site
Scaling a Mountain Dangerous platforming.
Heaven and Hell
Mumbo's Mountain but not as we knew it, now a dark gloomy place completely deserted and underwater with new areas to find. Because every game has to have the annoying underwater level that everybody hates.
