I think it's just a shadow of a ghost prop in the MMM section.

It looks like that in BANJOLAND his yellow spin with ? is replaced by jiggy spin.

I thought that was Bottle's idle animation, and they just took the screenshot at a funny angle. Seems possible.

I don't really know what it is, and there's no way to really find out until the game's released. Keep on making guesses if you want, but remember that they'll be just that, guesses.

That pose is part of his idle animation and there's nothing in the screen that Bottles is scared of.

Maybe it's one of the designs that was around the walls of Grunty's Lair. I haven't looked at them in while, but it's possible. Other than that, I also think it could be a MMM design.
