Microvision Question...

Hello there.

I have a question about the ancient Milton Bradley Microvision (aka the first portable system with cartridges). I'm trying to do a bit of simulation on it's part and would like to know:

What's the maximum number of buttons the keypad can have?
Sea Duel has 12, and that's what Wikipedia says (never trust wikipedia...) is the max. Are there any more games/instances of more buttons? Could it, in theory, have more than 12? Also, somebody pitch me an idea of what Barrage would have been.

EDIT: Since everyone seems to be ignoring this thread, I'll pitch my own idea on Barrage.
In case anyone has no idea what Barrage is, it's an unreleased game and all we know about it comes from pure speculation about a picture (http://goo.gl/OJ04qO).
So enough history, let's get to the good stuff! I believe Barrage is a game that, based purely on the image, is you are a pixel at the bottom of the screen. Your job is to avoid being hit by blocks using the paddle. The whole thing would look similar to this: http://goo.gl/y0uJXx.
You could make the paddle L(arge) or S(mall), change the speed, possibly an up arrow to advance your pixel, and a GO button, as per the usual with Microvision games.
What do you think? Please help me with all my questions here!

Could someone just answer my question?
Are they actual "buttons" or what? Just explain it to me.

And PLEASE comment on my Barrage idea. I'd like some feedback.

It's a cool idea. I have absolutely no skills in the way of helping you, but it is a good idea.

If you posted this back in this forums heyday you might have got a response. Now, not so much - with like what 12 active members and most of them don't have experience with this kind of shit.

Totally forgot about this.

For all of you who don't care, the max number of buttons ever used was 12 (in sea duel). I checked lots of box art and stuff and found this to be the case.
So, if someone made a simulator and you SOMEHOW made a homebrew game, there would only be 12 inputs (most likely labeled 0-11. For example, you could attach a pixel turning on to input 3, but then what about keymappings? ugh...)
