Playstation 5 Revealed
Hey, everybody. The PS5 was revealed today. What do you think about it? The games shown off covered the whole gamut. From horror games like Resident Evil 8 to comedies like Bugsnax, there should be something for everyone. I'd really like to hear what you have to say. Which game do you think looks the most exciting? Do you think you'll get the regular or digital version? Will you get one at all? I'll probably pick up the regular console. I like physical copies. Spider-Man: Miles Morales looked neat. I still haven't played the original yet though. I am a little disappointed that there wasn't a new Ape Escape game though.

I really want to play at least half of these games, which is not how I felt at the start of current gen! So that's a huge win.

I was honestly surprised they weren't all just bloody horror games or RPGs. There's a few new IPs that I would definitely play, but I've hardly even got my moneys worth out of my PS4 this generation so...

My curiousity is definitely piqued. But won't be able to make a firm decision until price and release date info is out there. I briefly played Spoderman PS4 and would pick up the Morales version fersure, so satisfying swinging through the air. Demon's Souls remake looks beautiful and it looks like there are so many games that I haven't even had the energy to start digging through.
I think the design of the console itself is deserving of all the memery, it just looks so odd. Especially compared to the PS4 which knocked it out of the park in terms of design and aesthetic imo.

The hardware looks like something that would have come out 15 years ago, and I love it.
I'm not usually into the types of games that Sony usually show cases... (Adventure/RPG walking simulators where a single button performs whatever action is needed based on the current situation...). But I really liked the variety. I skipped the PS4, but am really considering getting PS5. It'll be nice to be able to pick up some of the few PS4 games that were appealing to me but not enough to justify the purchase.
