I apologize for the vaugeness that will insue, but there was always something I found odd in DKR. Now if I remember correctly, there were keys or something that you were able to collect in the odd level hidden in alcoves for certain levels that weren't immediately obvious.
However in the last circuit/world, whatever you want to call it, the space one or whatever, there were no more keys to get, but there was a random alcove thing near the start of the lap on one of the levels, where you had to turn completely around to find, yet had nothing hidden in it. The only thing that I can think of is that they orignally had something hidden there, but scrapped it last minute, or something does end up there, and I never found out how to make it appear there. Again, my poor explanation isn't terribly handy, but I don't have the game handy at the moment to check, and I know it doesn't have to do with SNS, but the existance of the alcove always threw me off. I wouldn't be even remotely surprised if they knew they knew about SNS at the time, and put the pointless alcove there just to make people like me wonder why it's there. |

No, everyone knows that Jetpac had the original Stop 'n' Swop.
Honestly...

You seriously believe that crap? The true link to stop n swop is Morgan Freeman. Can you not see the obvious signs? |

Not quite.
Banana isn't really a newby, although he might be considered one. Still, I agree. |

For all we know there actually could have been a connection. Banjo kazooie was in development before 1997 so they could have made some sort of connection between the games but they surely removed it because looking at the years the n64 had the memory changes to make sns not work in 1999 so we would have been able to sns between the games if it were possiable but since there isn't any swaping between them then the connection was either removed or never done. There is no connection between them. Banjo kazooie 1998 and DKR 1997. That is before 1999 so no there isn't a connection or we would have used sns between them.
