After six, I stopped buying them, because they were getting worse. Six actually wasn't completely awful, but five was. The N64 ones are really the only ones worth playing, and possibly four.

Mario Parties 1-3, and 6. Almost got 4 at one point, but eh. I /may/ look into getting Mario Party DS, though... Might not be too bad.

the only ones i actually own are 1, 5, 7 (gamecube bundle for 7)
my brother owns 2,3,4,5,6,7, and 8
my other brother owns ds
1 is my favorite and 2 and 3 were pretty good
4,5, and 6 were ok
i played 7 less then the others
ds and 8 i think revitalized the series
