No, you're asking in the right place! It's just that Ice didn't give much info about how to do it.

In this thread you'll find everything he said about it.

I doubt he'll answer if you try to get in touch with him about it, but who knows?

It is - this is in fact the Rare Witch Project.

Unfortunately, Ice doesn't really stop by much here anymore. And a cursory look at the forum's search has shown that multiple people have come to this forum looking for just that answer. (Including Pies and Frankie.) He didn't actually post anywhere how he put it together, but we kind of have a history of these sort of videos. You can try private messaging Ice Mario, it's worth a shot.

I don't imagine that it would be particularly difficult to hack all that, but I'd say give up now because Ice Mario is like a fable and I doubt you're going to be able to do it.

Ok, well I can't do it. I'm 14 and I'm using HxD to hack it lol. The only thing that iv'e personally modified, is the strings.

He must have maybe renamed the levels "Nutty Acres" to "Showdown Town". -That would result of the option "Change Vehicle" in the menu. Iv'e tried doing it, but the level names are "0a" (or something) and there files. So i'm not sure which one it is. When I did try it, It crashed my RGH.

-He probably modified his default.xex

Look around in the game files. Its been a while since I messed around with them but if I remember correctly they store the vehicle files in the same format as the vehicle save files. If you find the premade files in the game files you can just replace them with something you made.

I'm going to have no title updates installed. (Just like the vehicles around town video).

So what your saying, is that the game files stores the trollies(& upgrades) in the same format as the vehicle save files? if so, could you please tell me where the vehicle files are in the game root?

Weighta, I took a quick look. What you are going to need to do is download and compile my CAFF extractor (can be found here) and extract the file "Game\Bundle\4f\234cec". There will be a file output with the name "aid_vehicle_banjox_general_golfcart,1219826133,3. 32". There are some other files like that too. Those are the vehicle files that I think need to be modified.
