The designs shown in this video look a lot more....realistic. However, there must be another video of more of mount fire eyes/giant's lair somwhere, right? Someone at rare might at least have some file with the level on? I really woudl like to see more of it.
AND WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT BLUE THING? It does look like mumbo's head on a jinjo's body.

It's also entirely possible that the "whale" Clanker was just an un-textured/unfinished model.

Good find! Always wondered what the giant's lair looked like as a whole level structure wise.
If the inside of the castle would be where the majority of the level happened and the outside was kinda like grunty industries where you just move around but not much action happens.

Now we can see what the front of the giant's lair/MFE castle looked like, and the bottom of what became the area where Clanker lives. Some of the beta music reminds me of DK.

Watching the Cybernet-Vid.... good times. Nintendo and Rareware worked together and Rareware was THE developer of this time. They were the best.

Where has all the Beta stuff gone? I want to see more of Fungus Forest than just a teasing glimpse of Beta Clanker and the sandy tunnel. I also want to see more of Giants Lair!

Sigh, people have to learn to preserve things and get it out there. Just give me 24 hours with beta kazooie and my life may very well be complete.
