they probably just are planning on using the old rewards for sns2 (if they even exist in the first place, if the plan was scrapped its likely so were the ideas) afterall, they could have easily made 7 gamepacks... maybe they only had 3 ideas..

The original plan was simply indicating you needed to swap between kazooie and tooie. And yes I know you don't need the sandcastle codes for the XBLA version, however from what I can tell it's impossible for BK64 to read any data that BT64 left in it's RAM thanks to Runehero.
