fire eggs

i was recently replaying bt and i was in mayahem temple and went to targitzans, i was in shooter mode and i picked up the never ending eggs for 60 seconds(something like that) and then i shot a fire egg and then it stayed on 100, i shot 100 fire eggs and it stayed on 100, all other eggs acted normally, i am usuing a PAL cartridge and just want to know, is that normal??

Maybe it was a simple glitch...were your Fire Eggs your active eggs before the "incident," Bobby?

I see...well, I don't know much about the technical part of the games, but I would guess the game just read your eggs incorrectly when you grabbed the infinite ammo. Maybe you changed eggs at precisely the right moment, and the game read, "Fire Eggs" instead...

...if only I knew real jargon!

well the infinite eggs did work all the way, they froze on one though then after i shot the last one i think i changed to fire eggs and they were infinite and sticked on 100, but if it just read it incorectly, wouldnt i stop shooting after 100 eggs? and also what's jargon?

When you start Mayahem Temple, you should only have the ordinary blue eggs. The game probably didn't realise you had fire eggs and somehow skipped the ending process for infinite ammo by not switching back to blue.
Or maybe its just something technical.
Of course, this would only be if you had just started the level.

Were you dragon kazooie? If you're dragon kazooie, the fire eggs don't run out.

Was it in a multiplayer shootout game? I recall a bug where if you time it right, you can fire ANY egg super fast without it running out. Best used with grenades... Hehehe..

Though I have no clue how to do it..
