It's hard for me to imagine you guys being any more pessimistic.

Seriously, though, I don't think Rare will stop making games that appeal to the "hardcore" crowd.

When Nintendo started the casual revolution, they still didn't stop making games that appealed to the "hardcore" audience, and I'm sure Rare will be the same.

Plus, in that old interview, Rare said that they want Banjo to be to M$ what Mario is to Nintendo. Plus, there was that interview mentioning BK 3DS. Once the Kinect fever dies down we can expect some better stuff.
Oh

So the next Banjo game is going to be really linear and just a big show without being all that interesting?

Kinect won't die down for years, I predict. Especially with the success of Wi-...Kinect Sports and Dance Central.
I wonder why people can't learn you can dance without the use of a television screen.

Oh wait, people can't do anything without the use of a television screen nowadays.

Oh sorry but it's pretty unlikely. You see, Nintendo did stop making games that appeal to me, and since a new BK game would appeal to me, it is just as unlikely as the thing... that...

Um...

I'm just pretty sure everything is a great big conspiracy against me, you see.

oh wait M&L3

okay maybe there's a chance for a banjo rpg

So... your saying that, when he refers to "Hardcore" Gamers, he refers to you and you alone...

Yep, typical, stereotypical, American ignorance rules, right bro?

When you look at the recent things Nintendo have made from a creative or artistic standpoint, you'd be in love.

If you look at them from a gaming standpoint, you'd still be in love with Galaxy 2, Sin & Punishment 2, Donkey Kong Country Returns, etc.

1.) Stop being butthurt, Topmon.
2.) Don't bump.

What? No. I'm not hardcore at all.

I was making fun of myself there, actually!

namely that I seem to dislike everything so much that it is astronomically impossible for me to like things anymore

i am hardwired to only like things that won't sell!!
