tales of graces f is a game about a boring person who nobody likes and then he meets a fun and energetic girl who steals his spotlight for the rest of the game as he grows increasingly irrelevant to everything

oh yeah also it has the best action combat system of any rpg ever made

The orphanage side quests in Yakuza 2 made me tear up a bit, those kids are so sweet. And good luck to those monsters trying to extort the place now that their brains are scattered across the asphalt.

The strip club sidequest is kinda weird. You go to it three times, on the third the girl there asks to go out with you, then her ex comes and asks you trivia about her, then you punch the dude and sleep with the lady.

The batting cage mission is real hard, you gotta homerun ten of this dude's throws, meaning it's not enough to just hit the balls. You gotta hit them just right, also one of his throws takes the ball off screen, so it's real hard to predict. I completed it, but then the game crashed during me trying to activate the bowling mission and now I have to do it over since I didn't save.

the jungle segment they added in the Nes version is horrible. I recommend trying the MSX version. I mean, it hasn't aged much better, but it doesn't make you do that dumb opening segment, and it has the Metal Gear fight.

yeah, if you're going to play metal gear 1 and 2, please play the msx versions that while still kind of horrible to play in the modern day are, at least, playable
