If rare thought right...naw they cant

MY FIRST OFFICIAL THEROY! YAY

Ok now

I was watching this vid, with the interview with E3 and the artist of BK3, and the segment of it was talking about SnS.

Heres the vid:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZYREWTfsmVo

I dont know if this is a secret going to be "leaked" into B3, but Im still not sure. He did sound like its going to go into B3. Thats all I have for that

ALSO!

I found some old notes from my notebook from school (Like a page and a half)
and this might be something to hear

Now, Nintendo is really anal about the SnS senario for the N64, BUT How many games were remade for GCN? How bout out of thoes games made, had a rating of 9.5 or higher?

Yes heres what im thinking. Nintendo might secretly have the scaped memory from SnS, recreate BK/BT for the GCN and have the feature installed! Because the GCN, if you havent seen this vid:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=31704jyVd...elated&search=

The GCN is pretty much use-able, if it can survive that (See video) Then im sure it can survive a mesly SnS between game disks.

OR! Nintendo could put both games on the same disk, and have the feature be an actavation???

I tested the SnS theroy using my AR as the test where it uses the "Please remove AR disk and insert (game title) disk"

No damage, so therefore, much safer on the GCN to use SnS

EDIT:

Just thinking outloud (Like I always do) what if Clucky the hen had to do something with SnS? I mean remember in BT you had to collect the 2 eggs and then use Kazooie to hatch them and get the prize? Well what IF you collected the 6 eggs for Clucky, then use the Ice Key to ACTAVATE SnS, then when you get to Clucky, the 6 eggs go in space and Kazooie hatches them for super secret surprises or something, Like Secret worlds to be uncovered in BK that Clucky tells you. Lazy hag

SNS can't be done on GCN. In 2002, Nintendo sold Rareware to Microsoft. Rare retained the rights to all of their characters except Donkey Kong characters, so BK will only be on Microsoft consoles as Rare owns them abd therefore Microsoft owns them. So sadly that couldn't be done. But I guess Rare could remake the games and have it done on 360, but they're busy with B3 right now, so don't expect it to happen anytime soon.

That's quite a sensible theory, but I'm sorry to say that I extremely doubt that Nintendo have sources to BK+BT on GC discs, especially with a functionable Stop and Swop.

Also, saying this about GC, this could happen with any console that uses discs...all consoles have AR discs dont they?

TRUE but I just used AR just for the testing of safe disk swaping, nothing more than to prove that its not dangerous on the GCN

Oh rite...well, Microsoft bought the rights fair and square off Nintendo I believe...so no chance of them going to Sony.

Also, if you have something extra to say, instead of double posting (two replys after eachother), use the edit button underneath your post to add extra things to it.

Sorry I was answering both you and monkey. Kinda slipped my mind

Im kinda of a spazz when it comes to "Oops" DP.

Mind if I ask a retarded question?

IF YOU SAY YES THEN YOU CAN READ, if no, you can still read XD

-What IS the base egg? People try to explain it and I still dont know what it is.

-Some terms like RWP I know (RareWitchProject) but what about MMM, or RBB? Wait.....guessing that they are worlds.....Mad Monster Mansion and Rusty Bucket Bay....nv mind >.>

Another theory stuck me, ill edit it in my topic starter

Dont worry too much about DP, as long as you don't do it again .

You may ask a retarded question....

- First one, I must be a retard, because I'm not a 100% sure about the base egg either. I'm guessing its the original egg pickup that can actually be picked up, not just walked through or bumped into.

-Second one, yes, they are Mad Monster Mansion and Rusty Bucket Bay, if you'rre not familiar with the terms, try fitting them with level names, if that doesn't work, just ask.

About your Clucky theory, I believe she was all to do with SNS at one point, but left her in when they scrapped it and used the BK carts + Clucky to loosly patch up over the grave of SNS.

The Base Egg is the term we use to refer to the 3D model of the BK SnS egg. There are not actually 6 egg models, there's just the one 3D model which is recoloured for the different secret locations (coloured purple in Sharkfood Island, blue in Gobi's Valley etc etc). The Base Egg's default colour is yellow I think.

BTW who is Clucky? Do you mean Heggy??

I have to ask why you posted a link to x-play's console durability test video. I don't think sns ever involved hitting your cosole with a hammer.

I believe he was trying to say that if a GC can survive that, then swapping discs shouldn't be a problem (as it was for the N64).
