Yeah, there are. 98 Jiggys are used for the Puzzles, the two extras are just to even the amount needed ingame to 100.

Ideas for your guide:
-Blubber's Secret Island is just GREAT RWP hacking. -Hammerhead Beach was mentioned by Rare as level that "has something to with fabled Stop 'N' Swop". -2 jiggies left in BK. -2 or 5 doubloons left in BT. -There are 100 jiggies in BK but only 90 jiggies in BT. -Bottles' Revenge mode exist in PAL BT. -In GBTG Rare said "Egg+Egg+Egg+Egg+Key=secret level",our status in Banjo-Tooie is "Egg+Egg+Egg+Key" so 1 Egg looks like missed. -Rare never said that Stop 'N' Swop was removed.They said "collect ice key,collect 4 eggs,activate secret level" and that whole truth about SNS will be revelaed in BK3. -Rare said that Bottles' Revenge was dropped. -Rare Patent released in June 1999 so five months before DK64's release.
