Rare reveal legal way to collect ice key in 1999 SNS Patent.In BT there should be Huge Blocked Icy Cave and lever inside.Players must pull lever and cutscene would show: open way to get key in BK..then cold swapping to BK....
But it was removed...now icy cave not have lever....

its wierd when you get the ice key by moon jumping because the secret music douse not play but it plays when you use the sandcastle cheats.

Maybe in bt originally someone told you to the sandcastle cheats. maybe blackeye after getting him water. but this is just a thought.

As i said...cutscene would unlock ice key....about eggs...Patent only reveal ice key's method...

i would be suprised if you hear back....

Nintendo usually sends out automated responses, as do most huge companies of the sort. AND they probly really don't want to hear any questions about Rare anymore either lol.

hopefully one day Rare will spill the beans. Or they will just keep teasing us.

-or- one of us should go work for Rare and then spill the beans. lol.

its not automated, i sent 1 before asking about banjo-threeie.... they said
"we are glad you like the banjo seiries so much, but there will not be another banjo game (from us anyway).

It seems pretty easy to apply for rare all you have to do is click join us. still not a guarantee to get in though you need all these fancy "degrees"

I asked Ninny 5 times about BR and SNS....they only tell me that Banjo-Tooie is very good game...NOTHING ELSE!

I mailed to Rare many times and OF COURSE they don't resopnse!
I mailed to Free Radical Design(some ex-Rare employers work there) and they OF COURSE don't response...

It was originally meant as an interface with Banjo-Tooie, but this feature was never implemented. Although we are aware of the code that opens this menu, it does not do anything.
