...in a relationship? I mean it's been hinted before but...never really proven...Can someone shed some light here?

We've been over this, the ursine and avian duo are just buddies. Pals. It's nice that the main guy and main girl of a series aren't romantically involved for once and just have a super tight friendship. It's a huge relief, very wholesome to see. Also for what it's worth, NONE of their games ever even remotely hint at this, seriously not even a single sly wink wink nudge that they might be together. I think that says a lot.
Sure, Kazooie gets used to seeing Banjo's cock swing around the house, and his himbo musculature gets distracting at times. And SURE, maybe Banjo has a soft spot for sassy girls and can't help but like the feeling of talons on his back. But they're just FRIENDS.
