How do I get my N&B save onto my Vista PC to Mod it, then put it back on my Xbox 360?

EDIT: I'm not asking how to mod it, that I already know.

EDIT 2: Ok, if I don't put the save on my PC, then what the hack am I suposed to do? Please answer, as I am as some would call, a "newbie" to moding. I an using both the program by mojobojo & the one by SqUiShAgE
(I might use the one by Mojobojo, since that one lets me edit my note count)

Thanks, but I was only going to mod to max out my Jiggy & TTT Count. But hey, you never know when a friend might need help. Thanks again!

I dont like to ruin it for you but the save is diabled on my program because I wanted to see what people thought of it and I dont have an xbox to see if I got the right functions to work. But because you are interested I might fix a few bugs in my program an post it before all of the functions are put in.
