Banjo Kazooie L4D Campaign
As hinted in my former, less formal thread, I am working on a L4D campaign based around Banjo Kazooie. Like the original campaigns, it will feature five different sections that teleport from one to the next via checkpoint safe rooms.
What makes my version different from Tanjo's is the design choice. My maps will not be exact replicas of the Banjo worlds. In fact, some maps won't even be close; instead, I've decided to use the general map structures - the island in TTC, the mansion in MMM, etc. - and twist them into a more L4D friendly fashion. L4D textures will be used, and maps will be far more linear. Map sections and target release dates:

Uhm, first of all, I'd like to say good luck to you Grey, but for the record I'm not doing my maps in BK textures anymore. I've tried, it just doesn't work out guys, sorry.

? I said the design choice. I am NOT doing replicas where as you are. Even if you are using different textures, you are shaping the polygons as is in the Banjoverse and making survival maps out of them. My maps will intentionally NOT use the exact structures of levels. In some cases (notably Bubblegloop Swamp), they will be far, far off.

I LOVE this. I was really waiting for this to happen.
Add some fan stuff, like "I LOST MY JIGGY" as safe room wall writing. I can't WAIT for this!  And I just updated my Left 4 Dead torrent for custom map use :o
