Is that a piracy thing they use for the 3DS? If so, they haven't figured out a way to pirate 3DS games yet and trying to do so can potentially brick your system.

The R4i3D IS NOT a 3DS flashcart. Those have yet to be released. However, it should be noted that the R4i3D is just another clone of the R4 series, and is possibly broken in some fashion. I haven't been keeping up with the DS flashcart scene, but the first R4 was the only true R4 product (and its revision), everything else is just a stolen brandname.
Try Googling for the R4i3D or R4i3D firmware, as I'm sure there's a bunch of sites that have what you're looking for.
