I think the door is an object and not an actor. Someone placed a video showing the doors removed from the scene. Even more strange, if you play around in the scene where tooty gets owned and becomes fat, there is a mumbo's chair loaded into the scene where dingpot should be in the opening sequence.

As we know Rare doesn't just place object's in a scene unless they are going to be used. Possibly one of those doors would have led to a room where mumbo would be and he would transform you back to Banjo. So maybe it was a remnant of the beta minigame.

Maybe, we should see if we can pull any objects from the scene. I don't mean pull them from that scene into another, just see, for example, if we can find the object code for the door and such, and see if they show up anywhere else.
