okay well if the text was found in CCL then there must have been some type of cave developed in that level i guess. So i guess it isnt referring to the mega glowbo room.

Great job on this, you really analized everything well. One thing that would no longer work if what you said was true though would be Dragon Kazooie, since the Ice Safe contained the Mega Globo that allows you to use Dragon Kazooie. It was probably, IMO, one of the SNS unlockables too.
