Dude, the first alpha hasn't even been released yet. Hold your horses, of course it will have glitches, you know why. Because it's not finished yet. Just wait patiently until it is released, and enjoy it man And even if it will eventually be compatible with Banjo-Tooie, I doubt that's one of the main priorities now. I reckon the main priority is making sure everything works within Banjo-Kazooie to begin with.

I'm currently working on developing a test level with a ~6,000 face model (supplied by wwearea). Complete with 10 Jiggies, 100 notes, 5 jinjos and lots of extra goodies like Mumbo Tokens, extra honeycomb pieces and various collectibles. If you can collect every last item in this level I'll be extremely impressed!
This will really put Mumob's Wand to the test and allow me to discover if there's some more glitches that we missed. Skill has been doing an amazing job and Subdrag has been helping. There's still a few known glitches that need to be fixed and I'm going to attempt to find a solution while building this level. When the the level is done I think I can release a patch of it. No time estimate at the moment of course.
