However, since they also did the ice key, I suppose they could have also done it in Maya, which isn't that hard to do. I could make one of those in a day.

This... how do you people seem to think the Stop N Swop site isn't real? If they were going to reveal it all, which they have hinted at, they would probably either A. Buy the site name, or B. Domain squat. Basically, if this isn't owned by Rare or Microsoft, who would have it?
