First Kinect Impressions
So as of Saturday, I am now a Kinect owner. I've been really impressed with the technology so far and have actually throughly enjoyed Kinect Adventures. The question I have now is the same one that I had with the Wii after I got it; where are the good games? I don't doubt that Microsoft with have some hardcore games out soon, but what to do in the meantime? Dance Central is cool, but it isn't my type of game and Kinect Sports just seems like a Wii Sports rehash.
Also, the menu integration can be frustrating at times. Why is there only Kinect control available in the Kinect hub? It's only really useful if they let me browse the full Dashboard with gestures and control menus fully with voice control. Hopefully we'll see that in a future update, but right now it seems very beta. Thoughts?

False. I just got this game called "Yoostar 2" for the Kinect. It's impressive. It takes you...cuts you out of the room, and puts you into the movie. Kinect Sports is actually quite fun....and who knows, since this has been out for a small time, it's only a matter of time before we start seeing more games...as in when the game developers finally realize the potential of games on the Kinect.

They're fun, but they're not games.
