Well I know it's done with assembly, but I'm not sure how I'd incorporate that into the program. Since most people don't know assembly, it would be very difficult for most people to use that function.

I'll be glad to see what people will make out of this. Those who just want to play around and those who want to make something huge. And those who want to make an extended version of Banjo-Kazooie or a beta restoration or something to that effect, like that Diddy Kong Racing restoration in effect.
However well it may or may not be able to work with outside content, like, from other games, may also determine its success. Someone may even make a Kazooie game. |

I promise to get back to that after my exams.
Getting nostalgia from over at Jul from this. Back when VL-Tone and Frauber were beginning to import levels to SM64.

Animation is in my knowledge not possible. Same as programming your own unique actions and cutscenes that being said you could make your own unique levels. |

Well, even if you can't create legitimate cutscenes, I see that you can still do things with the speech text. Can you at least create new sequences of speech, as in, press "B" at a specific point to have an entirely new conversation in a spot that had nothing to talk to? Or, at the very least, be able to have such sequences in newly-created levels? |

I'm sure you can make some sort of cutscene using the in-game animations.

What about making characters talk to each other in a place they didn't, before (such as Banjo talking to Tooty in Click Clock Wood)? Or make characters talk in custom-made levels?

I'm guessing you can, it's not like the animations are forced to stay in the same area. I might be wrong, I'm kind of guessing here.

This is probably out of the question, but I was wondering would it be possible to combine both games, Kazooie and Tooie, into one game? I already know it would be one he'll of a job, but is it possible, do you think?

Everythings an incremental buildup process. Enjoy it as it builds up from simple to complexand hopefully it will eventually meet all your dreams. And don't hesitate to help the hacking, disassembling and discovery.
