I can't wait to see an N64 emulator for the 360! Currently, there is only a NES emu, but I pretty much have every Nes game on the original console.

Yeh! Thats a pretty cool idea, maybe you could install lynix or something and then run a lynix N64 emu of that?

I dunno, I hope that someone will find a way...

You're all way off -.-
Banjo actually runs at 30fp/s (display lists per second, a more accurate measure of animation speed). It does "run" at 60 vi/s, which is typically what emulators display as FPS (vertical interrupts per second - though PJ64 1.7 beta does have the option to display real FPS).

A display list is a list of commands (bytecode program - 8 bit commandcode, 24 bit op0, 32 bit op1 = 64 bits per command), that the RSP runs by extrapolating and interpreting different bits, to set up and send data to the RDP.

RSP = Reality Signal Processor, N64's CPU (Mips R4300i).
RDP = Reality Display Processor, N64's GPU (custom SGI).

I remember there was a beta screenshot of the game which displayed the actual FPS.

Banjo runs with the what-what on the what-now with the what and the HUH? and the list of commands with the what-what-what extrapoling RSP data?

Sorry, but I lost you at "second".

Well, just don't hurry into Grunty Industries if you get Tooie. It slows down my N64 as it is, I have no clue what it could do to your emulator...

My game only lags when first entering an area, or moving the camera around in lava Hailfire Peaks. Otherwise I never notice a thing except in rare circumstances.
