Not to be understated, the soundtrack of Super Smash Bros. Brawl is big in many ways. The game director, Masahiro Sakurai, hired more than 36 composers to write and arrange the music heard throughout Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Big names like Koji Kondo, Yasunori Mitsuda, and Yoko Shimomura, among others, contributed to music development, carefully selecting their favorite songs and the most popular tunes in Nintendo’s library. When all was said and done, a grand total of 313 unique pieces could be found in-game. Needless to say, it was too much to fit into a single video or merely a top ten list, so as a first for RWP Music Trends, we present the community’s hand-picked top twenty songs from Super Smash Bros. Brawl!
